This is the complete Assembled package. We will Print/Cut/Assemble all of the items for you. We will provide envelopes for your invitations and thank you’s. We will layer your cupcake toppers with cardstock and attach to lollipop sticks, favor tags. We will layer/hole punch and insert ribbon so you can attach them. Banners will have coordinating cardstock and tulle as spacers in between the letters. We will also include a pennant banner you can hang under your birthday banner.
